Welcome to Ultra Kingdoms, a multiverse metaverse experience available on PlayStation. By accessing and using Ultra Kingdoms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use, which govern your participation in the Ultra Kingdoms environment. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with the Ultra Kingdoms platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Ultra Kingdoms on PlayStation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as PlayStation's End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use Ultra Kingdoms.
License to Use Ultra Kingdoms
Ultra Kingdoms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Ultra Kingdoms metaverse on PlayStation for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense or otherwise transfer your rights.
User Conduct
You agree to use Ultra Kingdoms in a manner that is lawful and respectful of others. You are prohibited from:
Engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or abuse within the Ultra Kingdoms platform.
Using cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
Posting, sharing, or distributing any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
Virtual Goods and Currency
Ultra Kingdoms may offer virtual goods or currency for purchase within the platform. These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the platform. All purchases of virtual goods and currency are final and non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, graphics, logos, designs, gameplay, and other elements of Ultra Kingdoms are the intellectual property of Ultra Kingdoms and its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Ultra Kingdoms without express permission.
