・You can challenge the enemy by going to the Antechamber of the Blue Dragon Sanctum in the Stalvatos Ruins once you have completed the scenario for "Warriors of the Sky."
・You can challenge the enemy again after 30 minutes in the offline mode. You can challenge the enemy immediately in the online mode.

The corrupted force of the Demihuman have appointed Kobold (which as regained its power) as king in order to expand its influence.
So defeat "Regia, the Demonic Brute" to suppress that force!
