Yamashiro is a Fusō-class battleship completed on March 31st 1917, and was considered one of the most modern battleships in the world at the time.

The main armament of Yamashiro consists of six 356 mm cannons in three turrets, complemented by sixteen 150 mm auxiliary guns along its sides. It’s also equipped with eighteen 533 mm torpedoes and six large-caliber AA guns. It can reach a maximum speed of around 23 knots (43 km/h), a very solid speed for an early battleship. She’s protected by thick armor all over and can deal a ton of damage with her SAP shells, which contain over 68kg of explosive mass!

Yamashiro represents a key battleship in the history of the Japanese navy, complete with powerful guns and thick armor.
