The Köln - Aachen high speed railway is part of the Trans-European transport network with Line speeds up to 250 km/h. Explore the wonderful Burtscheid Viaduct, historic triangle truss Dreigurtbrücke, and the Köln skyline including the beautiful cathedral.

Running at such incredible speeds is the stylish and modern ICE 3M, this state-of-the-art high-speed EMU is able to run cross-border expresses between Brussels and Frankfurt, via Köln. Filling in the regional gaps is the ever-reliable DB BR 442; its distinctive design and rapid transit capabilities making it suitable for the line.
