This will stop future payments of the subscription fees but you will not receive a refund for payments already. For cancellation instructions, see "How to Cancel" below.

    HOW TO CANCEL

    Canceling your subscription from a PS4 System:

    Sign in to PlayStation Network, then go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [Subscriptions]. After selecting the subscription you want to cancel, select [Turn Off Auto-Renew].

    Canceling your subscription from a Computer:

    To turn off auto-renew, go to store.playstation.com. Sign in to your account for PlayStation Network and go to [Subscriptions Management], and select [Turn Off Auto Renew].
