Stealth is your only weapon against the madness. The Doctor and his psychopathic patients are roaming the halls, listening for the slightest noise. To survive, you must master the art of hiding. Squeeze into lockers, crawl under beds, duck into refrigerators, or lock yourself in toilet cubicles to avoid detection. One wrong move, and you will become the next guinea pig in the Doctor's twisted collection.

You have exactly three days to find a way out. The clock is ticking, and the asylum is rigged against you. Watch your step – the floor is littered with bear traps and alarms designed to alert your captors.
