Explore Infected Floors
Choose which floors to enter and push deeper into corridors overtaken by organic growth, collapsed structures, and toxic contamination. Every level presents a distinct environmental threat that must be understood and overcome.

Rescue and Escort Survivors
Trapped staff call for help from behind barricades and sealed labs. Some are injured, some attract unwanted attention, and all must be physically escorted back to the elevator. You cannot save everyone - every decision carries weight.

Manage Resources Under Pressure
Batteries drain, medicine runs out, and tools break. Store supplies inside the elevator, stabilize survivors, and decide what to carry on the next descent. Risk more to save more - or conserve strength to ensure at least someone reaches the roof.

Extraction will only attempt rooftop pickup once the elevator reaches the top floor. The building is dying. Time, light, and safety are running out.
