Could be a great game but the lazy cheapskates are ruining it for everyone.

Bought this game on launch with a few friends and it seemed like a decent game at first but after a few sessions you realize you spend more time at speranza messing with your inventory. And then You realize that a large part of the community just wants to shoot everyone instead of doing any quests or finding items for cash or loot, they would rather just shoot everyone and take their stuff and never craft a single thing but just sell other people's loot and then buy items from the store with it. Lately it sounds like a bunch of people are running in with free loadouts and not even bothering to loot anything just to miss with these rats and extraction weasels and it sounds like the rats and weasels are getting upset because they're not able to loot things that are worth much so they can't purchase their next items to go in kill each other with. It's almost like making this game a pay to win. For me, I'm out. I know this is a PvP PvE game but I'm not much for running around mindlessly like these guys seem to do in COD. I want More than just mindless shooting over and over. It's obvious the new COD failed and these guys have nowhere else to go. Quite a shame.

Turned into just PVP

I have around 100 hrs into this game and I’m done. I loved it at first until the swarm of extraction campers and the wave of people who treat it like COD showed up, now don’t get me wrong I like PVP games but this is supposed be around 50/50 with PVPPVE and it is not anymore, now it doesn’t matter if it’s Solo or Duo or Trio 90% of people shoot on site and there is no teamwork from random players anymore it’s fake friendly or PVP on site and if you attempt to take on bigger ARC be prepared to be 3rd partied by a swarm of people.

Not fun

This game is terrible, I’m SO MAD I bought it to try, it is literally the worst game I have ever played in my life. Cheap guns, terrible weapons, glitchy enemies, way too many griefers, and it makes you feel bad when you play. I’m outraged I can’t return it somehow. I will NEVER buy a game from EMBARK again, they are worse than EA and now my most hated “game developer” Thanks for stealing my money!

PvP ruined by rats, toxic players, and poor matchmaking

Game has been ruined by griefers, extraction campers, rats, and sweaties who shoot on sight or pretend to be friendly and backstab. Early on, when there was some ambiguity about other raiders’ intentions, and when ARC was enough of a threat that players were encouraged to team up, the experience was S-tier. Now you can count on being extraction camped in most raids and shot on sight by any other player. Avoid this game, I regret every minute I spent in it after what the toxic player base has turned it into.

PVP ruins the game

I dont know why games like this dont give the option to solo play without other players in your map. The pvp has ruined this game, theres no sense in upgrading weapons or anything when the second you go into a map theres 6 people with nothing better to do camping extraction points and taking all your stuff. I really wanted to like this game but ofcourse with anything else in life other people have to ruin the fun for others... i regret spending 60$ on this ragebait of a game....

Disappointed I can’t enjoy this game

My brother and I bought this game because it looked quite fun from small clips, and reviews were high. Upon playing we found that 95% of the time people will kill you and we cannot progress the missions and/or story. It really is upsetting that there cant be a PVE concept with this game for us to enjoy it. For instance, we crafted some strong weapons and within less that 5 minutes we were killed and lost it all. It has happened numerous times. It’s disheartening that mostly everyone just wants to kill and loot you for no reason really. I am not going to play this game anymore unless a PVE option is applied to this game so I can enjoy it without having to worry about being killed of immediately. If it had option to play PVP or PVE then this game would have been a 5 star but I cannot in all fairness right now do so.

Too much PVP

As a new player, being trounced by the existing players sucks. Loosing everything in the first 2 minutes in not a fun experience. I think the player base will stay where it is. New players will not pay to have zero fun on this game.
