Rare story made for adults

The story and dialogue exceptional, and more than make up for the rough parts of this game, like combat and exploration, which are too frequent and often drag on too long. The side characters and stories are well realized, and it has probably the best portrayal of complex adult attachment that I've ever seen in a video game (not that I would know anything about that). The bar for that is low in video games, but this game raises that bar. Of the games I've played, only Red Dead Redemption 2 may be better in that regard.

Absolutely fantastic in every way!

This game is absolutely everything I want in a game like this. The fighting is solid, the world is great, and getting around, exploring or required, is easy and fun. The dialogue really helped make this game as strong as it is; none of it is wasted, and none of it is rambling or useless. The relationship between the two characters is solidified by the wonderful dialogue. What I thought was great as well, was the dialogue that happens while you're just in a game, not a structed NPC/player interaction. They two characters banter and talk and share important information that truly makes this game a story-based action game. Wonderful.

Absolutely Amazing

This game blew me away! The story was very in depth and heartfelt. I lost myself in this game completely. I was obssesed with it while I was in the game. I did notice the fighting system wasn't as indepth as the story, but I may have even liked this more than the witcher. I forgave that part of the gameplay because I was too involved in what was going on in the story. When it ended I wanted more! More investigations, more stories, more monsters. I want DLCs and a sequel more so than any game I have played for a while.
