◆What Is the “The Legend of Dark Witch” Series?
The first game in The Legend of Dark Witch series was developed by the Japanese indie studio INSIDE SYSTEM and released as a downloadable title in 2014. The series has sold more than 500,000 copies worldwide.
◆What Is “Brave Dungeon”?
Brave Dungeon is a spin-off of The Legend of Dark Witch series. It was featured in Nindies, the predecessor to Nintendo’s Indie World, and was also exhibited at the Nintendo booth at BitSummit. The game has sold more than 100,000 copies worldwide.
●Overview
This sequel retains the core gameplay systems of the original Brave Dungeon while introducing three distinct stories, each featuring a different protagonist and its own unique gameplay system.
-Al:
Explore the vast Forest of Miracles and find your way out. Collect a limited number of “GrassKeys” to unlock the countless “IvyDoors” blocking your path.
You can expand the areas available for exploration by collecting pieces of Syega scattered throughout the forest and using them to create “Seama Items.”
-Klinsy:
Your goal is to find the “Unsealing Books” hidden within the three library towers known as the “Unopened Archives.”
The libraries are filled with “Sealing Traps” designed to test the wisdom of anyone who enters.
-Papelne:
Papelne finds herself in the middle of an empty plain and begins building a city from scratch. Gather materials and use them to craft new tools, facilities, and decorative objects.
You are free to build and decorate the city however you like. Create a more attractive city and welcome even more visitors!
