「Just Cause 3: Sky Fortress」是「Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass」的第一款下載內容包。穿上Rico全副武裝的全新飛鼠翼裝「Bavarium Wingsuit」，成為空中的霸主吧。將Medici從恐怖的Sky Fortress及其致命的無人機大軍威脅下拯救出來。
本內容包內含新的任務、挑戰，以及突擊步槍「Bavarium Splitter」和個人防禦無人機「Evictor」，這些全都可繼承至遊戲本篇。
