「Just Cause 3: Bavarium Sea Heist」是「Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass」的第三款PDLC。駕駛致命的全新火箭艇，航行過危險的西Medici水域，並滲透神祕的研究設施Stingray，也就是Eden Corporation（Eden公司）研發最稀有、最強大武器的大本營。
本內容包內含一個全新地點供你探索，以及全新任務、全新挑戰類型，武力強大的火箭艇，和破壞力驚人的閃電槍「Eden Spark」。
內容特色
-解放Medici沿海水域Scolio，也就是Eden研究站和神祕的「Stingray」基地所在處。
-駕駛致命的火箭艇「Loochador」，使用船上搭載的多重鎖定導彈發射器和迷你炮機槍擊敗恐怖的Black Hand Fleet（Black Hand艦隊）。
-滲透Stingray基地，竊取破壞力強大的閃電槍「Eden Spark」，在所有新劇情、新任務中，向敵人發動元素死亡攻擊吧！
-透過在「Boat Invader」挑戰中獲得的模組，進一步強化Eden Spark。
