Earth scale flight simulator playable on PSVR2

It takes some effort to learn the VR controls using both DualSense and VR2 Sense, but I find the game leans casual friendly with all the assists it provides that lets you quickly fly around 100s of iconic destinations in World Photographer Mode taking pictures in Photo Mode while also including a deep Career Mode where you begin as a new pilot earning your Private Pilot License on flexible path of additional certifications to become a professional pilot with specializations including air ambulance, aerial firefighting, crop dusting and executive transport.

Beautiful graphics, but feels like an unfinished Beta

I have invested over 230 hours into this simulator because the visual graphics and the core concept are undeniably amazing. However, the current state of the game is incredibly frustrating. It honestly feels like the developers didn't properly tune the game before releasing it to the public. There is a massive inconsistency in aircraft quality: • The Good: Smaller GA aircraft like the C172, DA40, DA62, and the Vision SF50 are fantastic. They are highly realistic, stable, and a genuine joy to fly. • The Bad: The moment you step into larger airliners or complex aircraft like the ES-30, it turns into a buggy mess. Systems fail randomly, the throttle behaves erratically, and you encounter game-breaking glitches that completely ruin the flight. It is deeply disappointing to pay full price for what essentially feels like a beta test. Until the developers address these major core bugs, I will only be flying the smaller, stable aircraft. If you are buying this strictly to fly big jets or the ES-30, be prepared for a lot of frustration.

Hot Garbage

Preordered it back in November 25, waited until the end of April for VR2 functionality only to get to the first tutorial where my X button does NOTHING. A seemingly endless list of bindings and cannot complete the first task on the tutorial. The game is trash

Wooooah

Okay so first off I want to see that this game is absolutely beautiful! I just wish that when you went down to ground level on PlayStation 5 it would give you extreme detail! I don't care how much resources it takes or space on my hard drive LOL! But when you're in the air you can't tell the difference and it looks amazing! Now on the other hand playing in VR is absolutely the prime way to play this game! Except for the fact that it is very hard to do anything in the game provided all of its bugs! It's very hard to use the Pointer while in VR to toggle the very tiny switches inside of the cockpit view. You can barely read the tablet when you pull it up (ieben in large) It's almost unusable to be honest with you.... I have to use outside cockpit view with the Dualsense to be able to do anything worth my time. I have high hopes for this game on console though! 🤞 Worth the price RIGHT NOW? Q1 2026? Absolutely not. It's got a lot to iron out especially for psvr2. (the reason I bought it)

This is incredible in VR

It's like Gran Turismo with planes.

Prematurely released

Beautiful graphics most of the time. Unfortunately there is not one flight that something goes horribly wrong. Plan s suddenly start acting up, radios not working. Career mode planes in a company behave differently. A 172 that I can fly and land routinely had catastrophic crashes, sending my company into bankruptcy. Inconsistencies abound. The game has a lot of potential once all the bugs are taken care of, but for now is just frustrating.

High price for terrible game

This game has numerous bugs that Microsoft seems to not care about. Game doesn't crash so its never reported; just a bunch of errors that will probably never be fixed. For the price of this game, they should be ashamed, but am sure they are glad they pulled this off.

Keeps Crashing

There is a ton of bugs on this game. it feels like a beta version rather than a full release. Ive had passengers coming from the ground like ghosts. Airports under water and the plane floating, not intended this way. The game keeps crashing constantly. Cars passing thru the plane like they are ghosts. the diamond planes keeps increasing and decreasing the throtle constantly. This type of plane you have to focus more on the throtle than flying. There are other planes with the same issue. communicating with the atc sometimes it doesnt work and you get hit on the rate as a pilot for that. i have crashed many times due to bugs on planes and airports and my pilot rate gets hit negatively for that. I should have not bought this game. $200 and there are cheaper games working better than this one.

It's not ready, with lots of bugs

The game occasionally crashes out of nowhere during a normal flight.

Best Virtual Tourism on PS5

This game looks great and runs amazing on my PS5 slim! I bought it just to fly over areas of interest, but I ended up being sucked in by career mode and now I'm a bit obsessed with aviation! I'm so glad we have this on PS5. Just make sure you got good internet because the world is streamed in (uses more bandwidth but keeps the actual file size extremely low)
