You are a patient in a locked psychiatric hospital. To obtain discharge approval, you will have to endure one procedure after another: play bizarre gaming machines, pay off an ever-growing debt, and survive.

Until you notice the spikes on the ceiling.

Every run starts off feeling fair. Spin the slot machine, roll the dice, collect pills, and gradually turn the gaming machines into a system that works for you. Buy strange medical boosters, change the odds, increase payouts, trigger repeated activations, and link effects into chains capable of tearing the game’s balance to pieces.
