Repentant

Repentant is a dramatic point & click adventure game with hand-painted art.

Experienced criminal Oliver has begun to suffer deep remorse for the terrible things he has done to his own family. Failed attempts to rebuild his relationship with his ex-wife only worsen his condition and his dependence on alcohol.
One day, in a small shop, he witnesses a robbery committed by a young girl. In that moment he is given a chance to atone for his sins by helping another person. But who really needs help, and who is the victim? It remains to be seen.

Repentant is partly a sequel to Little Kite, but it can be played by anyone who is not familiar with Little Kite.
