PROJECT 13 is a single-player observation horror experience for PlayStation VR2. Study the corridor, its rooms and its patients, then decide whether you have witnessed an anomaly. Use the report lever to record your decision and keep moving toward escape.

Small details can hide disturbing changes. Familiar objects may shift, patients may behave strangely, and a corridor you thought you knew can become something else entirely. Correct reports bring you closer to freedom. A missed anomaly can cost you your progress.
