Taishogun: The Rise of Emperor (English)

During the 12th-century Heian-Jidai period, internal tensions rose as the power of the clans grew alongside the imperial court, and mysterious supernatural phenomena began to occur.

Over the years, two powerful clans engaged in intense conflicts for dominance. One of these clans, led by the legendary Shogun Hōjō Tokimasa, achieved significant victories against their enemies.

However, regional leaders retained considerable power and influence. They secretly allied with occult forces to defeat and assassinate the legendary Shogun, aiming to seize his position as military chief.

After his assassination, all military power was transferred to his daughter, Hōjō Masako.

Thus began the Genpei War, with Masako on a mission to defeat all enemy demons and clans conspiring to avenge the legendary Tokimasa.
