CHIYO is a first person, escape room styled, single player, puzzle game set in a Edo era Japan horror background and in the same universe of MALICE.
Play as Idate Chiyo, a newly recruited paranormal investigator of the Tokugawa Shogunate's Magical Arcane Division, tasked with her first assignment to investigate some strange occurrences reported to have originated from an abandoned mansion on the forested interior of the small coastal city of Gōtsu in Shimane Prefecture. Within the mansion, Chiyo encounters strange and malevolent spirits, devious contraptions and puzzles and a dark family history that will threaten her survival.

The Game is owned and operated by SCRYsoft Pte Ltd ("Publisher") and by Nimbus Games Pte Ltd ("Developer") as the developer of the game hereinafter referred to as Chiyo.
All content and intellectual property related to Chiyo, including but not limited to graphics, software, audio, and text, are the property of the Publisher and/or Developer and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Chiyo without first obtaining written consent from the Publisher.
Use Chiyo for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Publisher.
Violate any applicable laws while using the Chiyo IP/game.
Share, distribute, or sell access to Chiyo without prior written consent from the Publisher.
5. Updates and Modifications
The Publisher and Developer reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Chiyo, including any features or content, at any time without notice.
6. Termination
The Publisher reserves the right to terminate your access to Chiyo at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Chiyo is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher and Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to play Chiyo.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
