I wish back tracking was available

After you're done with the level why are you not allowed to go back to the area it would solve a lot of issues like collecting all the collectibles in the chapter. One example chapter 2 when you are leaving the level were the sniper was shooting at you it cuts you off from that one part of the map forever the only way you can backtrack through that area is to reload a save file. I was hoping in the end of the chapter I would be able to walk back to that areaI still have to walk through that level to get to the door to continue the story I knew where the collectible was but I wouldn't not be allowed to squeeze back through that area there is a piece of plank wood blocking that squeezable threshold to reload to the next part of that section I found every collectible in that chapter without looking through a walkthrough to only be disappointed I noticed on my collectibles that I was missing one item. So I looked up a video of the Collectibles and I find out that I was right next to it so you only get one chance to get that item so if you're not paying attention you simply just miss it and because I overwrote my save file I would have to reload my chapter 1 save file just to get that one collectible I think the game is amazing but putting all that effort to get all the collectibles in chapter 1 to only be disappointed because you know where the last item is but you're just completely cut off from it that just hit me so hard that I just lost motivation to continue playing the game. I think this game is amazing and it's a Hidden Gem and an underrated game for this year but I just don't have the time.

Game is broken

Game is a broken mess. You should NOT be charging people for this. It simply doesn't work. Even at $17 it's a ripoff.
