Choose one of three game modes: develop a legitimate career as a train driver, fight for survival at all costs, or take a job for the Soviet mafia and discover the dark story of the railway underworld.

- Survival system - control hunger, thirst, illness, hypothermia, alcohol, and hangover levels to stay alive.
- Weather and day-night cycle - blizzards, night, and fog affect visibility. Low temperatures can kill you.
