The East Coastway route opened in stages between 1846 and 1864, connecting Brighton - Britain’s first rail-served seaside town - to Eastbourne and Seaford. For over 160 years, the network has had the same purpose; the mass movement of people around key coastal locations.
In Train Sim World 6, become a driver along the East Coastway. Explore the network onboard a variety of services and visit three key seaside towns. New for East Coastway Remastered: enjoy the route in a new light with volumetric skies and enhanced details throughout, including the disused Newhaven Marine platform, updated environment materials, track ballast, rail shadows and more.
Climb onboard the Southern BR Class 377/4 for a variety of semi-fast and stopping shuttles; now featuring Guard Mode, announcements and more! Alternatively, rock up to Newhaven in the updated EWS BR Class 66 for heavy aggregate loading.
