After a massive firestorm raged through Canada, the remnants of Severin, the agency that created the storm, aim to atone by dismantling the reavers rising to power in Manitoba in the aftermath. However, they must deal with an unsettling faction with powerful illusory biotech, rogue military, a skilled assassin dedicated to eradicating the last of Severin, and shadow groups exploiting the civil war for fame, profit and more disastrous ends...

Choices have small and large consequences that will alter the story, available characters, questlines and final battles. World map dungeons reward the player with many rare weapons, and social situations allow your custom main character to bond with allies and attend events with them.

The new Saskatchewan questline adds more story, more characters, new rewards and new factions that take the civil war to greater depths and revelations.
