The MiG-29 "Sniper" is a modernized version of the Soviet MiG-29 fighter jet, developed in the late 1990s as part of an international project involving Romanian company Aerostar, Germany's DASA, and Israel's Elbit Systems. The goal of the upgrade was to bring the aircraft up to NATO standards and enhance its combat capabilities through the integration of Western avionics and electronic systems.
The primary armament consists of a 30 mm GSh-30-1 cannon with an ammunition load of 150 rounds. The aircraft can carry short and medium-range air-to-air guided missiles on external hardpoints, including the R-60MK, R-27ER1, and R-27T1. For engaging ground targets, this aircraft is equipped with S-8KO unguided rockets as well as various types of bombs, ranging from the Soviet FAB-250M-62 and FAB-500M-62 to American Mk.82 and Mk.83 bombs.
Additionally, the fighter can be fitted with external fuel tanks and a countermeasure dispensing system.
All premium vehicles allow you to earn increased Research Points and Silver Lions and comes furnished with all available modifications.
With a Premium account (also purchasable in the game for Golden Eagles) you will earn more Research Points and Silver Lions in battles for a set amount of days. This is cumulative with bonuses from premium vehicles!
