鉄道網は年間を通じてさまざまな課題を抱えており、紅葉の季節になると、落ち葉掃き散水車両であるRHTT（レールヘッド・トリートメント・トレイン）がパトロールに出かけます。
RHTTの働きっぷりとは？線路の清掃を目的として設計されています。レールの上には砕けた落ち葉や水分が滑りやすい膜を作りますが、高圧水ジェットという特殊な装置でこの膜を取り除き、レールを安全に走行できる状態にするのです。
「Train Sim World 3」のRHTTは、それぞれ異なる装備を積み込んだ4種類のワゴンと、水切り勾配を付けたクラス66を搭載し、忙しい旅客サービスの合間に南東高速鉄道で走れるようにしました。Scenario Planner（シナリオプランナー）を使えば、お好きな路線で落ち葉を吹き飛ばすことができます！
