Diesel Legends of the Great Western（Great Westernの伝説的ディーゼル）の運転席からは、それまでとは全く異なった新鮮な眺望が堪能できます。高速列車やターボが登場する前の時代へ。Train Sim World 2では、ウェスタン鉄道やスラムドアトレインが君臨していた時代に戻って、かつての列車運行を楽しむことができます。

BR Class 52、Class 101やClass 08が登場するGreat Western Express用のこのコレクションは、1970年代初頭を代表する最新ゲームプレイをフィーチャーしています。高速路線を機関車に牽引されて走る列車や通勤路線上を走る機関搭載の気動車も含まれており、Old Oak Common周辺での仕分線への転送や空車の移動なども楽しむことができます。魅力のあるシナリオや完全に分割された時刻表のセレクションを通じて、1970年代の列車運行が今よみがえります。
