時計の針を1990年代に巻き戻し、昔ながらのスタイルで、難所カホン峠に挑みましょう！ハイ・アイロン・シミュレーション（High Iron Simulations）が、BNSF鉄道発足前のカホン支線の時代を再現。当時、サンタフェ鉄道は米国で最も著名な一級鉄道のひとつでした。
トレインシムワールド6では、1990年代初頭の険しいカホン峠沿いでの走行が再現されています。象徴的なウォーボネット塗装と貨物塗装を施したATSFの代表的な2つの機関車C40-8WとSD40-2を操縦し、様々な任務に挑みましょう。
ATSFのリストから新しい3台の貨車と、既存の設備のバリエーションを活用し、実際のサンタフェのスケジュールに基づいた新しい時刻表と5つの新しいシナリオで、ローカル列車の輸送、ヤードでの切り替え、幹線混合貨物列車とインターモーダル輸送の運行に取り組みます。
