固有能力 - テングリの申し子：騎兵ユニットの戦闘力が増加する。軍団司令官の指揮範囲内ではさらに増加する。ユニットを統合していなくても軍団司令官の移動力が完全になる。時代ごとに一度だけ、軍団司令官が「独立勢力の寝返り」アクションを実行できる。実行すると隣接する独立勢力の軍事ユニットを寝返らせて操作できるようになる。
アジェンダ - トゥメン：騎兵ユニットが最も少ない指導者との関係が中程度改善する。騎兵ユニットが最も多い指導者との関係がやや悪化する。
