Bait & Switch for PS5 Players

The graphics on Ps5 Pro are horrible compared to what we were shown via marketing. That on top of terrible input lag, confusing and just unintelligent control designs, and so many bugs the game is borderline unplayable. Wait until it goes on sale to give a shot is my honest opinion

Fantastic Game with some jank

Exploration is top notch. Combat is incredible. The world is dense and alive. Content is never ending. Controls are a bit weird at first and take some getting used to. The developer seems quick to act to feedback. Honestly having a great time with the game so far. Immersion is incredible.

Horrible graphics and bad performance

Graphics are atrocious (extremely blurry) in performance mode and you still get horrible fps. Quality mode is better graphically, but 30 fps is unacceptable in 2026. Controls are also badly delayed and sluggish.

Spectacular Breath of fresh air!

Im grateful to be playing the game and able to form my own opinions and not ones of 'influencers' who haven't given it the time of day but will give modern slop like veilguard and other titles higher scores. Yall cooked with this game and the first game where I can truly justify 75 dollars well spent. Keep updating the game and keep it alive. Please dont let this be a one and done. Most of all dont let these influencers who cant even comprehend your game because the like yellow paint and handholding. Stick to your vision and own it because when you sit down and immerse yourself in crimson desert and try for a minute to meet it half way, in some where the player is rewarded. Landscape is beautiful and I even think interiors look nice and well lit. Might suggest a few things that'll make a fan like me even more happy -optimise performance mode on base ps5(Boost resolution)-balanced mode is good on base bs5 but I would love to play in performance -maybe a dlc where we can purchase homes -better "wanted" system -fix pop ins with some spawns and textures -I know its a far cry but maybe npcs get schedules(I know it'll be too complex) Im early in but these are little things to my wishlist so far its a beautiful game keep going at it. But most of all don't give up on the player base.

The control interface for this game seems like it was designed by someone with a mental disability, .... or AI. The storyline is horrible and the gameplay is so bad that I only made it about 10-15 minutes after waiting for a 1.5 hour download before shutting it down. Now I'm fighting with PlayStation over their no refunds policy... I seriously wonder if this game was completely generated by AI and months from now the scandal is going to break. Every aspect of control is so counter intuitive that I question whether whoever (whatever) designed it has ever played a game before. It is unplayable.
