Intriguing new IP by Bloober Team

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere and world building on top of a very intriguing setting if you love sci-fi. The combat and gunplay is very satisfying and weighty. The story is the weakest part in my opinion, particularly towards the end. Bloober Team are on the top of their game right now and I can't wait for their next project!

A Modern Survival Horror Masterpeice

Created by the same team that brought us the impeccable Silent Hill 2 Remake, Bloober Team cements themselves at the top of the genre with their own IP. A serious focus on inventory and resource management, this game rewards you for playing smartly and efficiently. The atmosphere and story is every bit as vague and mysterious -- as well as isolating and oppressive as a game of this nature should be. The sights and sounds immerse you completely in this unique and terrifying alternate future. The guns are just varied enough, feel and sound incredible, and have that kick needed for those tense moments where the monsters feel like they are closing in all around you. Plenty of environmental assists for combat pepper the entirety of the game helping you manage the crowds and their unique skill of merging together which you ABSOLUTELY do not want them to do. Needless to say, this is easily the best game I have played so far in this Halloween season, 2025. More people need to experience this game, it's absolutely a triumph for Bloober and I can't wait to see what they cook up next.
