A Blackout Protocol Report is a first-person horror adventure set in a dystopian future where players assume the role of a lone retrieval operative from REPORT Unit 9. After a classified mission went dark, you are dispatched to the remote research facility known as "Outpost Theta" to recover high-value experimental artifacts.
