Assassin's Creed Bundle
Good edition to the AC series, but felt too short

I enjoyed the game. I thought the story line was entertaining. I liked traveling through the Mirage world. I wished the Prince of Persia weapons did a bit more. At the end of the game though, it just felt like it ended sooner than i wanted. The other AC games I enjoyed felt fuller (Origins, Valhalla). Still looking forward to next installment though. I haven't been disappointed with the AC series yet.

Fluid movement. Creative tools.

Similar to Origins. It feels more like a DLC for Valhalla, which is fine considering the price. The price matches the amount of content you get. Baghdad is a parkourist's fantasy. Eagle Sense combined with Enkidu allow for some creative takedowns with tools. You can mod your tools to have varying effects, like smoke bombs for example. I modded my smoke bombs to detonate silently, wipe enemy's minds, and to store extra ammo. I modded the blowpipe to release poison darts with an upgrade that permanently puts enemies to sleep. I think this effect unexpectedly overpowered my blowpipe, because I combined a nonlethal upgrade with a lethal ingredient. This caused my pipe to poison enemies and kill them instantly. There are many more tricks you can use to fit your style. I only wish the game was longer. But if you play it as an intro to Valhalla and think of it all as one saga, one game (as it should have been), it isn't that bad.

Good story line

The story line is good. But the game play is a bit lackluster compared to Origins and Valhalla.

Short

This game felt like half an AC game. And there didn’t really seem to be much character development. One of the most obvious misses is that there was no Animus or current day story line. That portion of the first several games was so good. Like the first one with unraveling the apple of Eden through found fragments, breaking out of your confinement, digging into the mystery of the Isu,… it was soooo good, so compelling. Odyssey had a decent out-of-Animus story line too, at least meeting the character still living. That scene literally made me cry. Anyway, I expected better. Hopefully AC Shadows will start an upward trend. And hopefully it’s not just a worse version of Ghost of Tsushima. I still enjoy and will play these games, but this one could have been a lot better.

Great game

This game goes back to prioritizing stealth above everything! I had a lot of fun playing it & completing everything :)

Should have been a DLC

This was not my first AC game and it will not be my last. But I really think that it should have been DLC for Valhalla. The story feels rushed at some points and I finished this a lot quicker than any other assassins game that I have played. Spoiler warning ⚠️ but the twist is something just taken from other successful media which to me makes it feel lazy. Did I have fun? Yes. But would I recommend this at full price? Absolutely not.

Good but short

Really good game, good story line, plenty of side quests, but the main story line wasn’t as long as I hoped for
