EA somehow has gotten worse

I stepped away from video games for about 2 years. This happened to be the first came I picked up to start playing again and what a choice that was. It’s disappointing to see the EA Scams pay to play online game modes are still ruining sports video games more than ever. The game has everything it needs to be solid, execution is atrocious. I feel like I need a college degree to understand the overly complicated controls and gameplay mechanics. The same can be said about the recruiting in dynasty mode. I don’t want to spend 4 hours trying to figure out how to recruit players, I don’t need cut scenes between quarters, I don’t need marching band versions of songs to remind me it’s a college football game. I am not surprised at all by my experience playing this game, EA is still garbage, online “Ultimate Team” modes ruined EA Sports. I’m glad there is a college football game, hopefully once I waste hours of my life learning the basic controls of the game I can enjoy it more.

More of the same from EA

While it's possible to have a good time playing this game, it is really no better than 25 and not much has changed since moving to next gen for EA's sports games. The physics remain questionable, the gameplay is wildly inconsistent, and if you play online the servers remain unfortunately terrible. Unless you are a diehard I would just either stick with 25 or get this one on 50% off or more sale. Also of note is that for reasons beyond understanding EA made this game considerably harder and not in a good way. If you want to build up a small school in Dynasty mode, you are better off playing 25

MVP Bundle
did not get the MVP bundle as I paid for

I purchased this bundle and it won't let me download it. contacted support just to get told it will take a week to look through this. even though I have a receipt and all the information to prove this is the bundle I paid for. it wants to downgrade me to the kick off bundle and that is not what I paid for. this is not okay. so until they figure this out I am out the money and the game. idk how this even happens. Wien you select what your buying it should be as simple as that I guess not

Trash. Unmitigated trash. Decades of absolute TRASH.

EA having no competition in this space is an utter travesty. Decades later $70 releases can't stand up to what we had in the early 2000's. From unfathomable missed blocks by your O-line to needing 25+ yards for your linebacker to change directions, it's the same old "stuck-in-another-minute-long-ANIMATION", there's nothing about this game that reflects 30-plus years of technological progress. You got me, EA. Another $70 because I'm a sucker. Won't happen again.
