Possibly the worst Call of Duty ever made

0 Original ideas. 0 ethical improvements. 100% microtransaction city. What have they done to the Call of Duty I loved???

I enjoy it!

It brings back a lot of nostalgia from recent Black Ops games and I think it's underrated. I wish they'd get rid of the cheaters once and for all and some of the bugs. Overall I'm glad I bought the vault edition as well.

Ok at best

I play on a PS5 with a really good internet connection. The issues for me with this version are the same as previous versions. I'm just an average skill level player; however, I'm not blind to the fact the game is not on a level playing field. How is it you allow players snap-shoot a sniper rifle faster than a hand gun? Sniper rifles don't work that way. I get killed so fast to the point where I have a zero response time. They can even run around with the sniper rifle and shoot it at the blink of an eye. For me, it takes the fun out of the experience. There are also players who can move so fast you can't even see them. What's up with that? As mentioned in other previous comments, I sometimes end up in lobbies with players light-years above my skill set. I'm forced to resort to camping, which I hate doing. One last thing, I don't like auto hugging a wall or corner like a magnate. I do, in general, like the maps. Overall, I like COD. I've played COD since the very first iteration. I just thought I'd express my thoughts about some areas of the game which I feel could use some improvements.

Worst COD EVER!

It was telling me I had 8 hrs to try COD BO7 for free. But then, when I tried to click on the game error message popped up and said, I don't have permission to manage the files. So I made sure I had the game downloaded. I also went on playstations website and got the free trial.Still nothing! They ruined the game so bad.I'm about done with call of duty. My rectacles are always bugged out... I'm teleporting like crazy...(Even though I just pay for the best internet, you can get) (waste of money), i hate how many you pop up on the screen without me pressing them.Then, I have to waste time.Pressing the button to get them off.When i'm trying to see the war zone clearly. For example, when you pick your weapons out of the loadout, I already saw which weapons I wanted.Why?When I come out of the loadout, am I still seeing pop ups on my screen!? 9 times out of 10, when you come out of your loadout, you gonna have to engage, but instead you have to waste time Taking a stuff off of your screen. My army has been plugged out for some time. The vehicles handling is ridiculously atrocious. Yeah, I have a bomb drone.That is just as complicated as trying to fly the airplane in caldera.When they could have just made it like any other drone. I could go on and onbut why waste more of my time then this game already has.

This game is, without exaggeration, the most pathetic piece of garbage I have ever wasted my time on. You have single-handedly destroyed what could have been a decent experience through sheer incompetence. Whatever matchmaking system you’ve implemented is an absolute failure, and whoever was responsible for designing it should be nowhere near game development. I’ve given this game more than a fair chance—over 150 hours of playtime—adjusting my settings, improving my gameplay, and trying to work around your broken systems. None of it matters. Match after match, I’m thrown into lobbies far above my skill level, making the game frustrating and unplayable. Then, out of nowhere, I get dumped into a lobby full of bots or brand-new players—which is just as pointless and unenjoyable. There is zero balance, zero consistency, and zero excuse for this level of incompetence. Fix your stuff. This is embarrassing.

Worst call of duty yet!

I bought this game like I have every other call of duty game. I was on the fence with it when I played the beta, but got it on sale. Now I know why it was that cheap! The game play is awful! I am not a great player but can usually hold my own with the skill based matchmaking, but when you are used to being a decent player and all of a sudden you are thrown in lobbies with pro-players it makes this no longer fun, or a stress reliever. The skill based matchmaking made this game fun, I will not be purchasing another COD game. Which is sad because I have every single COD game that has been out out!

I’ve been playing the game and never had a problem till the other night I got on and went to play with my friend. It says I’m muted by I’m not and then I hit the mic on my controller and it still says muted…

Stylish Action That Plays It Safe

*Call of Duty: Black Ops 7* feels like a game made for long-time fans of the series. It delivers fast, polished gunplay and the slick presentation the Black Ops name is known for, but it doesn’t stray far from the formula players have come to expect. The multiplayer experience is the highlight. Movement is smooth, weapons feel responsive, and matches are intense from start to finish. There’s a strong emphasis on speed and reaction time, which keeps the gameplay exciting but can also feel exhausting during long sessions. While the maps look good and flow well, some of them feel familiar, making it seem like the series is recycling ideas rather than pushing forward. The campaign offers a cinematic experience with dramatic set pieces and solid voice acting. However, the story plays it safe, relying on twists and themes that Black Ops fans have seen before. It’s enjoyable while it lasts, but it doesn’t leave a lasting impact once it’s over. Zombies mode is a welcome addition and one of the most replayable parts of the game. It balances chaos and strategy well, especially for players who enjoy cooperative play. Still, some mechanics feel overly complex for newcomers, which may push casual players away. Overall, *Call of Duty: Black Ops 7* is a well-made shooter that delivers exactly what fans expect. It’s fun, polished, and addictive, but it doesn’t take many risks.
