Unable to play for some reason on

I am unable to play the game it has me on the cross gen platform for PlayStation but I purchased the Vault Edition so I'm not understanding and having a hard time getting help I am actually old so I need help figuring this out maybe my name change can't mess things up because I thought someone was hacking into my account I could use some assistance I mean every time I get the newest Vault Edition I go through this I need to make it easier to get these games and AI to be able to make sure things are done right

Weak Multiplayer Offering

I truly enjoyed BO6 - Hundreds of hours playing 24/7 Nuketown and Stakeout, Hundreds of hours playing prop hunt. The in game physics here feels off. The game modes are limited. The weapons selection is lame. I can't believe they killed of the best parts of BO6 to push us into......this.

Everything about this game has been awful so gar. The UI, the gameplay, the always online aspect for campaign. I haven't even checked out multi player yet. I really want a refund.

PS Plus Requirement

I really enjoyed the campaign and was looking forward to play zombies with my son when comes home. Unfortunately I found you have to have a PS Plus account to do that even though you are playing split screen on the same console. This is ridiculous. You don’t have to have a PS Plus account to play warzone so why need it to play on the local console?

Love playing zombies. Just started playing zombies and it’s wave after wave of new hard hitting and their faster zombies coming at you

The respawn on certain maps is ridiculous. Expect to get respawned at the muzzle of the player that just capped you. The melee engages even though the enemy player is like 20 feet away. The game is just glitchy and not what it used to be.

Always online kills solo play

Zombies runs on the server side of the game and poor optimizing causes PS5s to overheat nearly every play session, but the zombies continue to move and attack you when you have no means to control the game while being told your ps5 is too hot. It makes the game unplayable in any actual capacity.
